Karen Gross is a woman of many talents. She's worked in PR. She edits a magazine. And she frequently performs as a cabaret entertainer in the Philadelphia area. Her one-woman revue, Sex & the Single Singer channels not just the Sex and the City gals, but every single gal who's ever looked for love. (Is this performance timely?
