Listen, MSNBC. We know you were in a bit of shock about the whole Democrats-losing-elections thing (we're equal opportunity pundit haters around here), but don't you think you still could have maybe proofread your screen titles?

The folks over at the bi-partisan Committee of Seventy want to make sure that we all get to the polls on May 19th to vote in the primary election. We think it's a noble goal, so we just wanted to join them in reminding you that the deadline for applying for an absentee or alternative ballot is May 12th at 5:00pm. You can visit VotesPA for more information on the election and voting. You can sign up for deadline alerts and even find your local polling place. Like we said during the 2008 Presidential election: if you don't vote, you can't complain. So vote.

What's new and/or interesting in Philly theaters this weekend.

While pundits foam at the mouth debating who’s getting the black vote, the white vote, the women’s vote, and the young vote, Phillyist only cares about who’s getting your vote. The results from our People’s Choice Endorsement are in, and there’s no need to argue over superdelegates—Barack Obama is the winner by a landslide, with 68% of the vote. So much for the most recent professional poll results predicting a statistical tie between him and Hillary Clinton in the Pennsylvania primaries. Was it the bowling?

Mostly what we have for you this morning are election results from all around the area: municipal elections for Bucks County and Montgomery County, School Board elections for Montgomery County, ballot questions in Bucks, and the various suburban races. And of course, as expected, Nutter's position as Mayor has been made official.
