Man even I knw of this, they air it on some of the first episodes in season 1 over here, I don't know why only those, though.

 

I definitely don't remember ever seeing this. I think I remember hearing the lyrics on one of his albums, but the credits I'm familiar with always went from "you're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air" to "I pulled up to the house." But it was a long time ago, and perhaps they did use the full version when the show first started.

And hey, thanks for reading us through Londonist!

 

I spent an entire semester last year watching Fresh Prince reruns for a class and this is the first time I've ever heard the section about his mom packing his stuff and the plane ride. Learn something new everyday...
