Wow, they is some FUNKY earings she has.
Don't forget the Scissor Sisters are coming to town March 2nd at the Electric Factory. Should be a fantastic show!
Casey: Thanks! That show seems to have gone on sale back on December 15th, but I can't seem to find a link to it in my ticket update posts from that week, so thanks for mentioning it!
First heard of Lily Allen when she made some silly statement about "all these annoying Libertines fans" to the NME. The Libertines 'Up the Bracket' is one of the best albums of all time while she's absolute bubblegum whether she's imitating Mike Skinner or not(i.e. Knock em out). Though Skinner himself can impress at times his albums are inconsistent and he gets way too much cred for his body of work. Yes, he does have some good stuff, but British perspective would be much different if someone like Mos Def or Talib Kweli was on the other side of the pond.
Aww, I think her music is fun. And I love her for this.
Jim: I should've mentioned it when I saw it was left out last month, but at least there are still tickets left. I know I'm excited as all get out . Should be a gay 'ol time!
And by gay, you mean...
HAPPY! ;)
