One of the things that we really love (most of the time) about Philly is how you never know what you're going to come across just around the corner. Often, it's a drum line. This one just gets extra points for checking out the women who walk past as they play.
And the dancer's prety cool, too.

This group actually is running a scam.
There is no drum corps, other than to hussle money from unsuspecting people. They have no talent. They only have one routine and that is to support their bunko scam. Don't bother calling the police, since they are in league with them.
